When an order is placed, order confirmation will be sent to you with your unique reference number. Delivery on average is 3–5 days, some items are quicker. Larger mechanical equipment, will need to be tested before dispatch and may take a few days longer.

We will also send you an e-mail when the item is dispatched so that you are aware when the product will be arriving. If you have any questions about delivery please call us as we realise this is an important part of making your purchase satisfactory.
